The company has passed ISO50001 energy management system certification, and has been awarded the invention patent certificate of "a kind of thickness detection device for metal plate production".

2023

2022

In 2022, the company was granted three invention patents for "A Coating Device for Corrosion-Resistant Metal Materials," "Coating Equipment for Wear-Resistant Metal Materials," and "A Coating Device for Precision Plate Production."

2020

In May 2020, the company constructed four intelligent rolling production lines for high-precision plates with an annual output of 250,000 tons each, one continuous intelligent pickling line with an annual capacity of 800,000 tons, and one eco-friendly acid regeneration line with a processing rate of 8 m³/h.

2018

In September 2018, a cooperation agreement was reached with AkzoNobel Coatings (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. for paint supply, providing stable and high-quality paint for Lotus Boutique Color Steel.

2016

In September 2016, the galvanized aluminum-zinc-silicon production line with an annual output of 250,000 tons commenced smooth operation.

2012

In March 2012, the company invited Jinlanmeng Consulting Company to conduct a management consulting project, significantly improving the company's management level. In October, the 1380 rolling mill commenced production smoothly. In November, the company was approved as a national high-tech enterprise, becoming an early high-tech enterprise in the sheet metal industry in Boxing County.

2011

In June 2011, two 1150 rolling mills operated safely. In November, the company consecutively passed ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification, ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, and OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.

2010

In April 2010, During this year, the company commenced construction of pickling and rolling mill production lines to extend the industrial chain and ensure the supply of high-quality raw materials.

2007

In November 2007, the company passed ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification and ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification.

2004

In early 2004, the color-coating production line began construction and was successfully tested and commenced operation in August. On November 8th, the company was renamed Shandong Huayun New Material Co., Ltd.

2003

In 2003, the company began its establishment under the original name Shandong Jingbo Steel Plate Co., Ltd. In February, the company's first production line, a galvanized line, commenced construction and was successfully put into operation in December.
