Production line
Pickling Production Line
Our company currently operates one pickling line with an annual capacity of 600,000 tons. In 2020, we invested in building one continuous intelligent pickling line with an annual capacity of 800,000 tons, reaching a total annual capacity of 1.4 million tons.
We have selected advanced push-pull type pickling unit. The unit adopts the most advanced shallow tank pickling technology, boasting high pre-operation efficiency, low production consumption, and convenient operation. During the pickling process, time is saved and consumption reduced, minimizing production costs for our customers.
Cold Rolling Production Line
In 2010, the company invested RMB 460 million to construct a cold-rolling production line, purchased two advanced 1150 rolling mills. By 2012, we had two 1150 rolling mills and one 1380 rolling mill in operation. In May 2020, we invested in building four intelligent rolling lines for high-precision plates with an annual capacity of 250,000 tons each, incorporating three 1150 rolling mills, one 1380 rolling mill, three CNC grinding machines for rolls, and supporting utilities. This ensures the supply of high-quality raw materials required for galvanizing and color-coating lines, extending the industrial chain and enhancing competitiveness in the industry.
Our cold-rolled products cover a thickness range of 0.085mm to 3.0mm and widths from 700mm to 1,280mm.
Galvanized Aluminum-Zinc-Silicon Production Line
In October 2016, the company put into operation a new galvanized aluminum-zinc-silicon production line with an annual output of 200,000 tons. The product thickness ranges from 0.15mm to 0.8mm, and width from 800mm to 1250mm, with a zinc coating thickness from 30g/m² to 150g/m². The product surface is smooth, with strong three-dimensionality and excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance, approximately 2 to 6 times higher than that of similarly hot-dipped galvanized plates.
Color Coating Production Line
The design of the color coating production line with an annual output of 150,000 tons is mainly provided by GALVATEC (coating technology) Co., Ltd., in South Korea. The production line adopts the two-coat and two-bake technology process, which is the advanced color coating production equipment in Shandong Province. The equipment ensures the quality of high-end products with its good stability and accuracy. The PLC automatic control system provides a guarantee for the automatic and continuous production of color-coated products with a thickness range of 0.14-1.2mm and a width range of 800-1,250mm.
