I. Pickling production line
The company has an existing pickling line with an annual output of 600,000 tons, and in 2020, the company invested in a new continuous intelligent pickling line with an annual output of 800,000 tons, which realizes an annual production capacity of 1.4 million tons.
The enterprise elects into the push-pull pickling unit, which adopts the most advanced shallow tank pickling technology, with high efficiency of pre-machine operation, low production consumption and convenient operation. In the pickling process, it saves time, reduces consumption and saves cost for customers in production demand.
II, cold rolling production line
In 2010, the company invested 460 million yuan to build cold rolling production line, enough to enter the advanced equipment 1150 mill 2, 2012, the company's existing 1150 mill 2, 1380 mill 1, May 2020 to invest in the construction of four 250,000 tons of annual output of high-precision plate intelligent rolling production line, appreciated the 1150 mill 3, 1380 mill 1, CNC roll grinder 3 and ancillary Utilities, ensuring the supply of high-quality raw materials required for galvanized and color coated production lines, stretching the industrial chain and enhancing the competitiveness of the industry.
The thickness of cold rolled products produced by the company covers 0.085mm-3.0mm, width 700mm-1280mm.
III, aluminized zinc silicon production line
In October 2016, the company put into production new construction of aluminized zinc silicon production line, the annual output of up to 200,000 tons, the product thickness of 0.15mm to 0.8mm, the product width of 800mm to 1250mm, the thickness of the zinc layer of 30 grams per square meter to 150 grams per square meter. The product has smooth surface, strong three-dimensional sense, excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion, 2 to 6 times higher than the same hot galvanized sheet.
Ⅳ, color coating production line
The annual output of 150,000 tons of color coating line design of the main equipment are provided by South Korea GALVATEC (coating technology) Co. The production line adopts two coating and two drying technology, which is the most advanced color coating production equipment in Shandong Province at present. The equipment ensures the quality of high-end products with its good stability and accuracy, and the PLC automatic control system provides a guarantee for the automated and continuous production of color coated products with a thickness of 0.14-1.2mm and a width spanning 800-1250mm.
