On July 15, 2025, Huayun New Materials grandly held its 2025 first-half work summary and commendation and second-half work deployment conference, themed "Steady Progress, Unity, Review and Improvement, and Reaching New Heights." More than 200 people, including all members of the company's board of directors and supervisory board, middle and senior management teams, and representatives of outstanding employees, gathered together to review the achievements of high-quality development in the first half of the year and map out a blueprint for the second half's efforts. The meeting was chaired by Sun Tao, the safety director.
The conference opened in a solemn atmosphere with the collective recitation of "Jingbo Family Style."
General Manager Wang Yaodong delivered a report titled "2025 First-Half Work Summary and Second-Half Work Deployment." The report systematically reviewed the company's significant achievements in operation management, lean management, and safety management, in-depth analyzed the current problems and challenges, and made a comprehensive deployment of key tasks for the second half of the year around the annual "9518" goal, from dimensions such as "safety and environmental protection, quality control, market expansion, cost reduction and efficiency increase, and talent cultivation."
Li Gang, factory director of the intelligent manufacturing plant, read out the commendation resolution. Nine outstanding employees, two teams, and three groups received awards. 
Cao Zeming and Qu Shichao, two award-winning employee representatives, shared their experiences and insights based on their work practices, fully demonstrating the spirit of Huayun people's determination to forge ahead and take on responsibilities.

Zhang Hongxia, director of the Group's Supervision and Integrity Office, gave a special sharing on "Rectifying Conduct and Maintaining Integrity." Through the analysis of typical cases and interpretation of regulations, it strengthened the awareness of integrity among all employees, safeguarding the healthy development of the enterprise.
Finally, Chairman Wu Jiabao gave an investment empowerment speech:
- Safety Management: Build a safety prevention network using group and company inspections as the warp and hazard source detection as the weft, achieving "zero incidents";
- Quality Service: Implement service standardization to achieve 100% customer complaint satisfaction;
- Channel Optimization: Continuously optimize the supply chain and expand customer integration and innovation;

- Target Attack: Target the annual "9518" goal, with each department formulating a phased implementation plan to ensure goal achievement;
- Internal Management: Steady progress, building a large procurement system, and promoting a large customer strategy;
- Integrity Building: Deepen integrity education from the perspective of "cause and effect" to create a clean and honest development environment.
The conference concluded successfully with everyone singing "Jingbo Dream" with enthusiasm.
